Norvikon currently ships to customers within the United States. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase requirement.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, estimated shipping time within the United States is 6–8 business days. Your estimated total delivery timeframe is generally 7–10 business days.
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information after your order has been dispatched. If you experience an issue with your tracking, please contact us at support@norvikon.com.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must generally be unused, unworn and undamaged, with their original packaging, tags and accessories where applicable. Please contact support@norvikon.com before returning an item.
For standard returns, including change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selection or personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
